Our Parent - Healthcare Corporation of America
Healthcare Corporation of America (HCA) is a New Jersey Corporation that was formed in February 2008 as a prescription drug Product Development and Marketing Company. HCA has developed a new business model that reduces and controls prescription drug program costs in funded drug benefit plans and for situations where patients pay out-of-pocket for their medication expenses.
For its pharmacy ventures, HCA formed Prescription Corporation of America (PCA) a wholly owned subsidiary located in Denville, New Jersey. PCA is a closed door Pharmacy servicing
Mail Order
programs and Long Term Care facilities. PCA also maintains dispensing operations through joint venture pharmacy partners throughout the United States.
